anyone do that math to see how much he really cashed in for? The form 4's are still available from December. i started it but haven't had time to finish. Would be interesting to see the totals and how it relates to the accusations. Chris PR'd at the same time he was investing over 100k in the company. leap of faith at this point to trust it, but I wonder how all the numbers would pan out. May give some validity or take it away from the accusation.
As an aside, ATNP is getting around on the buzz cloud. Wonder what is up?
I still have my shares, because I found out too late and was unable to sell. At this point, I will just wait to see what happens! It seems that the whole SEC thing involves the 6-8 month time period of the GOTV garbage. I believe Chris thought something bad was brewing, as he made a bee-line toward developing TT and pretty much pulling GOTV out of ATNP with that Asset purchase agreement. I now think that engineer (if there ever was one) wanted to distance himself from Chris.
And I think of the 300k he only took 77k for himself (he had to be compensated somehow to continue with ATNP). I would imagine some of these funds were used to pay his partners for the GOTV units and he supposedly had an engineer on payroll at one point who was working on the GOPHONE. He could maybe fight some of the allegations, but I don't think he will walk away from this clean. He will take a pretty big hit financially seeing as how ATNP does not produce much revenue, that it could close up shop. Perhaps it was inexperience with reporting and false promises that he had trouble accomplishing. He was more of an idea man/ sales person and not a CEO. He took on too much at once. The TT site was a sign that he lost interest in the project and wanted to do something new.
It is unfortunate that all his efforts weren't focused on TT from the beginning because that was more manageable and realistic for ATNP. The site will probably fall as a result of his mistakes with GOTV.
