Churak, actually our look of disorganization is because I am ahead of the ball pushing everything and every aspect too fast. Matt is working very methodically, right now he's doing some real trick stuff with the frontend software guys.
The problem is me, the problem is "I'm" way out in front talking to the public on the vision because I believe the quicker we take the the time to organize and focus the people we need, the better.
