Of course people accumulate when it's dropped 90 percent. If it keeps going down many will accumulate even more. At .0005 I am sure many will buy 10's of millions. I am sure many are averaging down. It's easy to buy cheap shares. Buying 5 million shares at .002 costs only $10k, versus when it was .02 that would $100K. Let me know when people are accumulating at .02 and we'll have a real story.
