The SEP 7, 2010 PR announced $220,000 of debt had been converted to almost 4.5M shares at $0.00495, which was more than double the market price at the time.

The interesting thing is that 50% of the debenture was converted before SEP 30th, which is the day the SP just happened to hit a multi-year high.
