Under the old freeze construction could take place on all that had started, so all they
needed, i guess, was a stake in the ground .. construction continued all through the 'freeze' ..
also remember, the Israel Supreme Court (some court, at least) said can't do something, think it was steal the private land .. or
construct, not sure .. so, Israel just changed all their laws in the area EXCEPT ONE (think it was) .. an OTTOMAN LAW from 19th C ..
then Israel made it impossible for Palestinian to work land .. then land was declared vacant and taken over by state .. then transferred to an Israeli ..
something like that, my saying is as rough as guts, which fits .. anyway .. YES .. the only way is for the settlers to go .. some at least ..
