Thanks! That should help. I don't think anyone has ever heard of this company. I was surprised that they had the property next to Capital Gold in Sonora, and equipment in place to start processing gold. It really looks good at the current price. I was told that the CEO has said that they would only consider buyout offers over .60 a share. The just added a buyout specialist to their Board of Directors. Might mean something, might not. Some of these fellows have been hard at work for five years, putting all the parts of NWM Mining together.
