Actually, XOM was stopped out earlier today for 6% gain, it came back, but you got to follow the discipline, the Dow gambit plays still ali ve are MMM, MSFT (it never reached the stop at $50.88, but got close), and AA from the original 6 (IBM was taken for 26% profit or so, EK for 20%). Some may have bought into BA at $32, It is not an "official" Dow gambit, though. JNJ was just added today at $57.50.
