marcus, the transfer agent is Computershare 306-262-0600, and last time I called them back in July the o/s was 246,526,623.

Authorized is 800 million.

There are 25 million options out to the President at .075 expiring March 2003, and 20 million options to a former officer, same terms.

There were another 2,098,000 options issued for "services" the first half of 2002.

There are convertible debentures out that would convert to somewhere between I think 80 and 100 million shares, most of which it's been supposedly agreed will not be converted before Dec 31/02.
