managing expectations is a KEY to success....if you expect the stock to go to $5 bucks and it peaks at $3.50 and crashes you lose everything

that is what happened to alot of people here...

if approved buyout will happen very quickly...

I dont think the time it has taken to get apprvoed will help Dean at the negotiation table
