Probably meant three MMs; however, we can't tell how many shares they have. One could have 10M, another could have 5k. All we can tell is that they are there.

You should know that OTC regulations are somewhat different and they're nowhere near the big boys' rules. That makes it harder to understand L2 and at least a little trickier for inexperienced OTC investors.
