By the way, I sent a letter to the State EFSEC today expressing my concerns about the proposed plant and asking the committee to work hard to make sure that our health and quality of life is protected. I didn't rant about my opposition to the plant, but I did make it clear that the State has a special responsibility when reviewing this particular application because of the close proximity of this proposed plant to the local population. Among other things, I expressed particular concerns about noise and emissions. I'll let you know if I get a response from the State.
