I have read the 10Q a number of times and we are in agreement for the most part. However I never considered the JV announcement as Hype. Some might try an argue it was premature but Time frames from a business perspective and those of potential investors are often worlds apart.
I agree with others here that disclosure of the contract details is unlikely.
