That's a valid thought, ..although there is the 25 trades in the week rule. Or are you saying in addition to that rule?

I suppose it is possbile to find a ridiculous low floater with no volume and do 5 trades a day on it by yourself and force it up several 100's% and feasibly do it on next to nothing in $Vol.

Perhaps a rule of say at least $3k $Vol a day or the total for the week must be $15k in $Vol? I don't know, but I get what you're saying. ;-)

On really low volume... that should be a rule imo
