Had a brief call. Freedom Grill deal is being rescinded due to failures on Freedom Grill's part. EXSA still a very good shell with share structure to remain the same. 1 - 2 new companies being pursued (probably within 60 days away).
I'm holding (not that I really have a choice). Looks like we're just gonna have to wait this out a little longer.
