There is WAY TOO MUCH attention being vocused on the warrant holders that is clouding the vision of LBSR shareholders......I have done some extensive research OMO and I fully understand what you are saying....This is peanuts really and some may not be able to see that instead there is too much concern about each little tick of the day.....Good Day All!

good morning, onemessage only, thank you for your explanation althouh i don't quite get it (sorry)...but i never get down while the pps was down big last week since i only read forward looking posts and i always feel good about being one of the shareholders of lbsr!

Thanks OMO for putting some sense into a few heads whining about the attachments. It is a finite number and NAK/HD is a major debt holder.

I am least concerned about the warrants. Folks talking about this over and over should get a grip to themselves and look at the future potential of LBSR. Geez..GOLD hitting new highs and going to be around $2500 by mid next year.

This is a good time to flush all those weak hands and pray on ignorance.

The problem many have grasping it is that typically penny stock lenders drive the price down to lower their entry or because there is limited dollar volume to absorb shares or because 90% of penny stocks have little chance of success or no true "value"..

This one is obviously different due to the enormous value of their assets. While some think the warrants will be sold quickly and at any cost, others accumulate knowing that the more logical situations for these warrants is to be drip drip drip out over a long period and as this story and mining/drilling strategies develop.

It is the mentality of the penny stock trader vs. the speculative INVESTOR.

So essentially what you saying, based on the sp from Jan to end of April, is that if are long then you should be ok over the intermediate term if you hold.

However, in that span of time the sp dipped ~50% in early March. Great for short term traders or for ppl wanting to buy back in with twice as many shares. Just an observation. .....rule
