That would be even more disingenuous than usual, but it's possible. I'm not saying I trust the response implicitly. However, though I don't like it, either, to me the odds of tEnoxaparin getting approved in the near to intermediate term have improved based on the reply as it is. I look forward to seeing this asked in public forum. And to any other analysts who might chime in before then in response to the efforts of others.

I agree, here is probably the full statement:

"The Teva rep she quoted said both facilities had been inspeceted and they found no trace of tEnoxaparin that has been approved by the FDA...and into the foreseeable future."
