Actually the PR confirms the following many statements...
1. JBII's process is a "completely green process" (their words)
2. the emission levels they expect in the report to be substantially below the levels that would require a comment period.
3. preliminary data suggests they passed with flying colors.
Plenty of others no doubt have verified my statements or I would have been called out on it. The three above as confirmed by JBII's PR would have been the most questionable anyway prior to the PR. All of the other statements are expected statements such as "everybody else who tried in the state of NY didn't even get to the stack test stage" for example is easy to verify and easy to understand.
