Unfortunately, if it was Dean's money, than that raises another set of issues involving either payment back of those funds (and donations to Haiti, etc), or some sense of entitlement moving forward. I'd like to know what exactly Dean spent of his own money and how we are addressing that issue.
No matter how you look at this, the new management has some serious clean-up to do.
I'm not sure how this looks going forward, even with the improved guidance now in place.
