You are completely correct fgrimes. It's hard to filter fact from opinion here. Many posters keep saying things like funding is near, Jeff is making progress, Mineseeker is going to be huge, etc. etc.

Lest we forget, the opposite being just as true: Blanket statements written as 'fact' - "APEX is not involved, insider trading, it's a scam, triple zero's, R\S, A\S increase" ... on and on it goes.

Facts also include information about the company's assets, businesses and financial results. These facts have been sparse. I think the unaudited figures posted to OTC Markets at March 31st reveal how little the company has.
