What I believe will take place is that criminals the ones who can't pay there bills and skip there payments will be taged before the general population and why not they are the ones who are responsible for the mess and the loss for so many equidity investors in those financial institutions.
There has been shown to the puplic through history how interest rates can climb to over 14% and it is been shown how history can repeat its self. People can be so reckless to take out such huge loans on homes boats, planes ect. thinking this would not happen again. Half the population will become criminals in the eyes of the other half who will loose so much and it will become law that such criminals who don't pay there bills be taged to there were abouts.
The program will be implemented slowly, but for me I'm taking no chances, I will have the tag installed. I want world peace and security for me and my family and I know it will alow me to travel anywhere in the world cause with out the tag there will be huge restrictions on countries I can visit. It is comming, except it, it will be huge and a new way of live for us all, security and well being.
