The email response said " we have no intention of doing a R/S at this time". Well yesterday was a different time.

On September 24, 2010, Zevotek, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a certificate of amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in order to effectuate a reverse split on a one for twenty basis (the “Reverse Split ” ). Although the amendment was effective with the State of Delaware on September 24, 2010, the Reverse Split will not be effected until the Company receives approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Upon approval by FINRA, each holder of common stock will receive 1 share of the Company’s common stock for each 20 shares of the Company’s common stock they own. The Company will not issue fractional shares in connection with the foregoing stock split. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.

yes, forgot the poster but said he emailed or talked to Carlson who assured him the company had no plans for a R/S, and said the cost of doing one was between 25-50K.
That's another cost for shareholders to endure.

This company has done nothing but lie to investors. I don't have enough invested to be hurt badly but I know some others do. I feel for you guys.

I hope Babkie gets his just rewards in the end for his part in this.
ZVTK is not the place for people to put anymore $$, and I hope they see that.

yes, that was me....jeff carlson emailed me on Aug 18th in response to my question about a possible reverse split...below is his reply to me:

At this time, the company has no plans on performing a reverse split.

Reverse splits are very costly $25-50k, and do not favor the current investors.

...like someone said, i guess now is a different time. i'm very disappointed....have sold, taken my loss...and am moving on.
