I understand the mechanics of rule 144 filings.
Before any of the major shareholders filed their 144's the float after the 10 to 1 reverse split was around 52 to 55 million shares. Kolb, Frank, and Stueber filed SEVEN 144's for 17,064,293 shares to be sold. That is why the float is somewhere between 55 to 70 million not knowing how much was sold. Just because you haven't seen another 144 here lately doesn't mean they haven't sold any more of their shares. Originally when I saw these 144's I was thinking they were using this cash to fund their daily expenses but later on they paid Franklin Frank back with shares from his funding of the company. So I think they're just using this stock selling for personal reasons.
