There is still plenty of work to be done. There are four companies sent out to raise capital for the project. Those companies will merge into one. This was all done on a combination of dutch auction and establishing a fixed price for the said company shares as mentioned. This is of course true if you believe Chris angels magic and UFO's and my speculation as to what has happened to this company. What do you believe?
