As I wrote earlier...smells like toxic finance. You can see the 6,277,275 shares being distributed in the volume as the stock has declined recently. Unfortunately, this is only the first tranche of the financing.
I bought a nice fresh steaming pile of shares myself and it will be valuable once it composts. ;-))
