Actually I said it is made to look like a low float because there is one guy holding the huge note John Jarvis so yes it is being manipulated as Paula stated.
This stock has potential and it will run, they know this. They're hoping that people get scared and dump there shares, driving the price down so they can pick up some cheapies. I see this all the time on these boards....
