Get some well-recognized national or international credible energy consultancy firm or testing firm to report on some test results and the sales will come. Testing wouldn't be all that expensive. Pay a well known energy consulting firm to do a VALID test, what $20K or so, and report on the findings. The testing isn't so complicated, nor so expensive. Spending maybe $20K on a well-coordinated official round of testing by a credible firm... is a lot better than taking multiple years and millions in net losses by the company to try to get sales traction. A distributor could oversee the test setup so that the usual excuse of "the application wasn't done correctly!" or "the test setup was invalid!" can't be used this time when the results come out. If nobody tests it correctly, then get the CEO out in front leading the charge instead of silent in the background... and get a valid test done by a well known consulting firm already! Then, the results would be official.

If the stuff works, then get it formally tested by credible firms who are willing to report on the findings. That really shouldn't be so difficult IMO.
