akeygon, I had the same conversation with Merle and Scott was very upset that the term expected was put into the PR for this very reason. I am confident that the term expected meant something entirely different to Scott than it did to you.
Initially I read it like others did here but then re-read it and see it from Scott's point of view. The report was expected to be received BY THE COMPANY by the end of August. Now think about it, why would the company release a report they just received to the public without having some time to review it?
All this discussion about "expected" is nothing more than a diversion from what is going on within the company and I believe it is all good.
There is no question in my mind that the report has been received by the company and I further believe it has been sent to BC for review and a lifting of the CTO, however I don't think the company at this point is all that concerned about the CTO. They are more focused on putting something much bigger together. This is a major project that if done right will make all longs extremely happy.
