You can't patent electrolysis. If there is a patent it would be a design patent and would mean nothin. who care what the unit looks like as long as it produces hho gas? anyone can do that. I suppose they could have a patent pending on some control they've been usin. So what. all present hho unit produces control in the same manner. A potentiometer to regulate amperage/voltage input. they cost about a buck. That, a case and an amp meter will cost ya 20 bucks.
