Well, I think in this instance he was glad I alerted him to a possible misunderstanding, and he replied immediately. I would guess that he is deluged with other questions that he is unable to answer due to time pressures and/or the subject matter.
kc what is your exact question again? and the info you desire, is it info that would normally be discussed publicly? and if so is it made public at this point? seeing as the patent is still pending.
