LAMBSHIFT - You are correct. I have seen the link to the company that brokered the American Moly deal and they announced it in one of their company reports as being completed! So that deal was completed long before HGLC was suspended by the SEC.
So, IMHO HGLC shareholders are entittled to the American Moly dividend at some point of time in the future.
what about lookout silver mine 62 million,they are holding our cash ???? have u seen there bank records ??????? didnt think so .. with interest thats over 75 million waiting 4 us
