If anyone is interested myself I think she is a poor business with all the health concerns out there.
Somebody wants out of the business so they figure the public will buy it they started another business by buying up old well leases fractured the holes to try to get a litle more out of them wrote them off and in the mean time have been giving them selfs a nice wage and who knows what he pays himself for running the Tanning business.
She is a game for the pirates and there is plenty of them He will run up unsecured debt untill the assets no longer cover the debt and fold the company to cover the unsecured debt. He won't bother with the financials it cost to much as long as there is less then 300 hundred shareholders.
So you see it isn't the amount of shares to get him to give us the truth not that he would cause it is all hidden under another entity the truth The company hasn't been buying shares why waste his money on such foolishness when the assets have been i'm sure writen down to nothing from what ever they are.
Look this is of course speculation but that is all we have for me I day trade these issues i have even seen ceos come out and somewhat tell this in a round about way to relieve there guilt cause frankly they do not care if you buy the shares or not.
