Vedat, They should. But have you looked at a 5 year chart of the stock? Very damanging to almost all shareholders (unless a person flips/trades it, and even then not a good chart for it). That could explain a lot about investor sentiment in case you're curious - take a look at a longterm chart. People, in my opinion, tend to be passive when they're faced with unpleasant realities. If the stock was doing great, and rewarding investors, over the years... then I'm sure there'd be a lot more proactive investors.

If 2010 IS the year of Nansulate, then can we assume you and your associates are loading up on INTK stock? Since you'd know if the deals are real or not.

Vedat - here's my theory: investors who are not extremely fed up with this stock and its constant PR hype, along with its multi year stock decline, are very likely in very short supply. That being my assumption a large amount of apathy and perhaps even animosity exists in the investor community. If the company does not develop some credibility in the WS community the investors will not support it like they did in the past. So they are not likely to get involved much further than donating to this seeming non profit charity.

Plus, perhaps someone should explain to the investors why it is important to vote, assuming it truly is, since most really important results sure seem to be chronically ignored by management and its PRs.

In my opinion a buy out would be great for the owners and the investors, whether or not that ever happens is doubtful in my mind.
