Nobody in this conversation seems to have any hard evidence, one way or the other... no "smoking gun." But the list of associations do merit a raised eyebrow. I don't know the rules in Canada (or very well in the U.S., for that matter), but Princess Margaret Hospital people perhaps should be asking questions.
