I sold this stock when its was 0.03 and did well but since then the company has issued shares like a druken sailor. I was just pointing out facts,

"How do you think they were able to close a $7 million deal if they were not guarantee to see something back from It"

Answer: Its a Convertible debenture.

Just keep on buying shares you seem like a smart person,
