Actually, it is not like they put out a PR and said look at us, look at us.... we are doing an amazing merger. People found the filings on Sunbiz before the company was ready to go public with their deal trying to get first jump on a new merger. When you do that sometimes you get there early and have to be patient waiting for the company to make the next move. JMHO!
