what do you mean 270 million shares is nothing.... He just diluted the shares by more than 1/6 in one day... not only that but he pulled a gigantic bait and switch.
Retiring 110million shares to create a buying frenzy in which he started the stock printing presses on high speed and printed as many shares as he could to sell into his bait and switch.
I am not saying there is no gold or the company is not legit... I am just warning everyone here that something is not right here and if dilution continues tomorrow like it did today this security will not be going anywhere near the up direction. And I feel the dilution has only just begun. Raising the A/S to 3.5 billion... the very day your stock is going to have a RECORD volume day, give me a break... Edwin slit his own throat.
Sorry for bashing the stock, just giving my opinion, I was out today at 0.00011 when I read the share structure report.
