According to the CEO of i-pay the 1World site is getting upgrades done to it. I'd have to check later here to see where prior spoke of updates. People should sell and move on if they are so pissed of that they can't flip OWVI.
EMy argument is not false because each new business starts a website witl limited information. Now, if you wanna call that unfinished, its a matter of opinion. As the company grows usually the website will change for the better.
