You're thinking to hard. Nothing is any different than before except that more shares are locked away. You're judging it based on time when it should be judged based on accumulated volume. As long as the shares held tight keep increasing, the plan is right on schedule.
If you look at the accumulation/distribution line on daily or weekly chart. If that chart is going up, and price going down, huge shorting taking place. That is what has been happening. The same on CDIV. If you look at PNTV, you won't see that happening.
