People sold some today and it still went up. Simple supply/demand here.

I don't know anyone on this board personally and MAY sell some when the time is right for ME.

We are not a conspiring "group". Just a bunch of shareholders excited about the company and our part of the float. ;-)

There is no need for EVERYONE to sell at same time. Everyone should have there own strategy based on their DD, risk apetite, etc. All I ask is that if you sell update the spread sheet.

Selling a portion of your shares can aid the stock if the cash is kept on hand to rebuy if it dips... But at some point cashing out means just that. Either way, this is a very explosive time for this company and when a stock is grossly undervalued AND it has sufficient visibility multiple investing strategies work.

The PPS as the float "unlocks" would be dictated by the same market factors that create stock prices even when not locked. The 'post lock' future could play out in many different ways and is not predictable. And sorry to break the news...our float is not truly locked. It is good for unity to have a group pledge of holding, but the truth is some sold today and some will sell tomorrow. The bigger question is, are there new buyers willing to take their place? When that answer is no, the price obviously will drop until it reaches a price more people want to pay.

Today was a perfect example -- that answer was a resounding YES. And to take that analysis further, it helps to figure out who is still buying (as in what type of investor) and WHY.

I just think many here are too fixated on the float lock aspect. It is great and one the factors creating this perfect storm, but in the end it is still about your evaluation of the company's worth vs the current PPS, your time frame, your tolerance for risk, etc.

You are right about that. That's why people will never get out on the true highs. If you plan on getting out, sell blocks of 30-50k shares at a time, and don't bid wack either. Don't be surprised that board members havent sold already, it would be stupid not to especially if one got in sub penny. The stock could stay strong as long as you sell at the ask.
