I take it they want there cash back since its not United States going after these people. I want to know how much cash is involved if any or if this is even about cash.

Here's the deal. The attorney for the plaintiff (Connie L. Cantinchi) removed herself as the attorney for Gold Recycle Corp. because SH disappeared and she hasn't been able to contact him. The only contact info she had was his yahoo email address. SH told Cantinchi that he had sold his controlling interest in Gold Recycle Corp., but wouldn't say who he sold it to.

Just search for "Gold Recycle" in the business name box and it'll come up and then you can view the docs. This one was the last one, #19. It costs all of 24 cents to view.
