Maybe.. but not all are a "shell"green energy with a low O/S......I'll buy what i can and hold on for as long as it takes in "HOPE" of what i feel a great chance for big % gains.
History here is a run happens a couple times a year on hype, it will happen on hype again..One time i hope real progress on the R/M wil catipult it into pennyland...
