Wow...ask a brotha to show some proof of his DD and all hell breaks lose....very unfortunate that you post a comment like...the merger is progressing...and then only send updates via pm...anyway.

The deal is...I have just moved to the pennies over the last 18 months...I mostly traded on the big boards and did quite well...I wanted to try the high rish high reward world. I have played a few reverse mergers in the past and got burned every time. Luckily I dont have much tied up here...only 5k or so....Impact you are correct...your dd alone will not make me sell or hold...I can watch the action and rely on the dd you have already provided and my own dd and gut feeling. I have appreciated your dd in the past. It just always seems like, there is this one guy on message boards that always has the right thing to say and always providing dd. In the past (merger failures) the guy is never heard of again...guess Im a bit hesitant to believe or accept dd until i have proof. I believe you have done alot of great work...but as in the past my emotions run high...I will watch the action. And no need for two people with common interests (making money) to be against each other...i stop short of offering an apology, as I blieve my request for proof of dd was justified...good luck bro....
