Brocade (BRCD) shares are getting an early lift from rumors that IBM (IBM) might be interested in making a bid for the company. Sounds logical; everyone is looking for the next big storage deal, IBM is widely expected to keep shopping, and Brocade has been a rumored target before. But I have no idea if the rumor, which has been noted by both Briefing.com and TheFlyOnTheWall, has any validity.
