Could be, but I believe Dean plucked (like a chicken) Verity and his "team" by issuing himself the Preferred shares. Dean is a johnny come lately and Verity and his "team" really "own" the shell and want it back. QASP as an aerospace entity (or international holding company) is done. Dean will flock (like a Christmas tree) Verity and his "team" by making them pay him to go away. Take it to the bank.
