LOL...define "real investors". Are the only real investors the ones that will go "down with the ship" if that is the final outcome? How many of the "real investors" have sold enough for "free shares"? Is a "real investor" one that sells all their belongings, maxes out credit cards to get every last share possible? Or is a "real investor" someone that doesn't gloss over bad decisions made by the company they are invested in? I think a "real investor" is one that questions the company's decisions to keep them on there toes.
How about last fall in the first conference call online. No safe harbor to start that call. One of the questions posed to Dean was about not having a safe harbor. Same thing happened with the youtube videos. First one didn't have a safe harbor.
