I agree, if he hides an AI lots of investors would lose confidence. But, how would we know? We would be the last to know, just like the audit.

I'm curious if you feel the July 5th submission kept from investors for 2 weeks falls into the same category. I lost my confidence with that decision. I guess technically it wasn't an AI, but it was a submission that we were kept in the dark about.

Perhaps someone can correct/verify this info, but I believe the FDA gave Imaging3 an AI request on 1/5/10 & it wasn't disclosed to investors until 1/12/10. Don't take the 24 hour disclosure notice so literally as Imaging3 could potentially receive an AI request via fax, then wait for the offical notice via snail mail, then wait 24 hours to issue a PR. With at least 1 weekend involved, those "24 hours" could literally be over a week.
