Maybe threatening to sue Newby, Clayton, I-Hub, the country club?, the board of directors?, shareholders?, the CC co.? (those damn buttons are unreasonably difficult to figure out), and the auditors (since it is no doubt all their fault the audits are unfinished and unannounced as repeatedly promised over a period of months while shares were being continually sold into the market)??
