Here is my take on it.. And let me make this clear it's All IMHO
The disclosure in itself was smart
Only because CLDR and SSPT and IJJP and MMUH have engaged knowingly in a series on complex share transactions that have resulted as follows
SSPT = 0.0001 - NO BID Now.. Last 4 months Massive volume
IJJP = 0.0001 - NO Volume... Last 6 Months Massive Volume
CLDR = 0.0003 - Massive volume
MMUH = 0.0004 - Massive Volume
The volume as disclosed is partly the result of enormous amount of shares.
But also these 4 companies have knowingly engaged in this without any disclosure till today !
That to me is a massive RED FLAG
All us bagholders have effectively been buying with honesty, while the companies have been engaged in numerous share exchanges and issuing shares at our expense
PLUS : There is NO disclosure of how MMUH purchased the core IP from CLDR and the shareholders received nothing!
My Conclusion : This filing will certainly been looked at by Pink Sheets Compliance. And no way will they simply let this pass
GLTY all.. i hope you all get out with money out of this
