The whole rating system is in transition.....It will take time for all that .ob/.pk stuff to be revised, and for JBII to be listed correctly and NOT MISLEADINGLY.....Lumping OTCQX in with 'pinksheets' is a travesty.....OTCMarkets is working with Yahoo and Google to get it changed.
FWIW, I'm sure back in the day there were people that didn't trust electronic quoting systems, and continued to use the old ticker tape.....and probably argued against the NEW system........z
