Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA; TASE: TEVA) is down 1.4%. The company last night announced that it was exercising its option to invest in a joint venture with Gamida-Cell to develop and market StemEx, a leukemia and lymphoma treatment.

The announcement will probably also benefit Gamida-Cell's other shareholder, Elbit Medical Imaging (Nasdaq: EMITF; TASE: EMIT), which is up 2.5%.

Dew,I did not realize you are awake at this time.

IMHO,Today will be an interesting point of entry.
BTW,TEVA price is determined in NAZ as is the real 'PRICE
LEADER' due to its much higher volume level.
TASE -TEVA is a follower and ajusts accordingly.

I would advise to divide your intented investment into 3 equal portions,first portion entry today.
Second and third portion in order to average down.

This strategy due to my opinion price will drop today and most probably continue dropping.

Naturally,had i thought today would represent the lowest price,i would advise otherwise.

I think the present price is low and represents some panic
selling.
I also believe longterm,this is a solid company worth investing into.
